While the UK DJ/producer - Jake - is fairly new here, he provides 3 solid original tracks that caught the attention of various premiere channels, DJ's + artists who were eager to be onboard with this project.
The EP features remixes from two of the most renowned artists who are no strangers to the scene. 

‘Tech House’ originator - Terry Francis (Wiggle, Swag Records, Eukahouse) who needs little introduction, steps up and provides a solid chunky 9 minute rerub of the already dope original “Escalateher”. Adding twisted vocals from the illusive “Hive71” turning the track into something quite special. We would expect nothing less from the @fabric Resident DJ!

A more modern, yet quick rising producer - Joe Pompeo (SOUP, Cajual Records) provides the second remix to this body of work. Having collaborated with some of the worlds fastest growing names such as; Solardo, Sonny Fodera & Derrick Carter. He really shows why he is a force that is becoming more & more prevalent amongst the club scene in the U.S"

"It’s an absolute pleasure to welcome Jake Beautyman to the Superfreq roster for his debut EP on the label. 

We kick off with 'Slime Time', which unsurprisingly is utter filth. Solid Tech drums laden with the funkiest percussion set a bed for a gnarly bassline, twisted synths & eerie vocal samples making for a peak time rave tool that will be sending discerning dancefloors bat shit crazy! 

Superfreq partner David Scuba @davidscuba comes out swinging with his sick remix. A deeply pulsating bottom end carries excellently crafted dark atmospheric pads, acidic analogue sequences & dope percussive synth hits demonstrating his clear intent to make ravers climb the walls. 

Last up comes 'The Golden Tree'. This is modern Acid House at its very best. Deeply groovy with a solid bassline & haunting pads, it’s the 303s & tripped out synths that shine on this undeniably infectious Acid masterpiece proving that Jake is a huge star in the making."

"Ben Spalding and Dan Ros share their next release to the world showcasing a sound design that's strongly focused on hypnotic, creeping, gritty, trippy warehouse rave-inspired electronic music - the highly original end creation diving somewhere between the darker realm of offbeat, almost cinematic Minimal Tech House.

A tireless studio collaboration back in 2021, which kicked off with their lauded Winter 2022 remix of ‘Carl’s Groove.’ The initial collaboration unexpectedly spawned into nearly ten rave cuts in the works that have proceeded to attract forthcoming remixes from German live act Christian Burkhardt, among others.

Fabric London (nightclub) regular Jake Beautyman was specifically brought in for remix duties to create a higher energy cut and delivered in absolute perfection. Jake strips away the raucous drums and adds more organic sounding percussion, while the groaning low end remains intact. Mysterious sounding sci-fi effects add to the nuanced atmosphere of this rolling remix. After an incredible launch Analytic Records bring you their second EP! One that is full of tracks which further set the president of what’s to come from the label. This time they have the young stalwart who is making noise amongst the scene - Jake Beautyman providing a release that captures depth, groove & futuristic frequencies!

B-side action brings “Afters Journey”
A tune which Jake say’s was made after a series of party’s in the big city of London one weekend. He’d been out immersing himself in sounds, and like a sponge, he took those onboard. Take a listen to the outcome.

It’s a journey that you could hear either at the end of a night (around 6am) or just as equally at the beginning being used to kick things off. Eerie vocals, interesting drum sequencing and luscious pads throughout.

The project as a whole has something there for all, with remixes from UK ‘Tech House’ legend - Terry Francis (Wiggle, fabric) + label owners - Audio Analysts, it serves as a valuable addition to have lined up in your playlists.

The original mix sees Dan and Ben flexing their creative muscle to produce a playful, deep, and engaging cut. An assault of highly provocative vocal clips from one of Ben’s favourite films unfolds throughout the arrangement. Spalding’s trademark penchant for composing unusual, weird, and suspenseful arrangements gives ‘NO SLEEP’ its unique character in perfect marriage with Dan’s passion for powerful groove. Hefty lo-end combines to spectacular effect with deep undulating bass tones, while an extended breakdown leads into an explosive second half.
