Inspired by the percussive, tribal sounds of Steve Lawler, Danny Tenaglia, Hernan Cattaneo, Robbie Rivera, Chus and Ceballos, and more, 'Providence' is a dark, chunky tech-house track with a Latin-esque groove and a cyclical lead melody that ebbs and flows.

Saiful’s productions are inspired by the sounds that brought him into dance music back in the early 2000’s, from the warm, organic, deep and soulful sounds of Osunlade, Francois K and Dennis Ferrer, and more, to the big room, electronic manoeuverings of Circulation, John Digweed and Underworld. His productions are a wonderful confluence of his varied musical influences, with elements that cut across the different sub-genres of house and techno music, but all bound by a deep appreciation of the structure and aesthetics of early but timeless electronic dance music - of the old but original school.

Stand and Believe started with more of a dubstep vibe in the drops and morphed itself into a trip down nostalgia lane into the history of bass. I’m grateful that Bass Rebels signed it, I guess that means that I’m not the only one who digs a little ol’ style DnB every now and then. I hope you enjoy this little detour with me ♥︎

2020 has been such a hard year and for me lyrically this song is really about that. Especially with what’s going on here in the US, now is the time to stand and believe and let the darkness and the fear burn away -- let it all -- just burn away! Better times are coming -- 2021 -- here we come!

Based in London town and with a serious history in everything dance music, you’d be hard pushed to find someone more passionate about electronic sounds than Jake Cusack. With an involvement in the scene lasting over two and half decades, he has built inimitable experience and know-how that he continues to grow and learn from. From the humble days of DJing at the age of 14, to cutting dub plates in the music house on the Holloway Road to play in his evening sets, he has experienced the underground side of dance music and watched it flourish into the huge industry we know and love today.

Specialising in a unique brand of Deep and Tech House, Cusack’s sounds have garnered him support from all corners of the genre’s fan base. Originally from Wales, but living in London for twenty plus years, he moved to become closer to the sounds that he adored, finding himself releases and shows all over the world, connecting with 12inch Thumpers and Fresh DJ Agency he found himself playing at legendary shows such as Sundissentail & God Kitchen, and playing to crowds from Kings Cross to Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Influenced by artists such as Tony De Vit and Tall Paul, his releases were unleashed to critical acclaim.
