It was called rexing back in the day.
And my crew yea we were called
Freestyle Rexing USA.

We’d skate all over Washington State.
Down to Oregon, traveling the interstate.
Never went anywhere without our rollerskates.

Entered rexing battles and brought the heat.
We won most times, we were hard to beat.

We were all from Tacoma and Seattle.
Several times a week, yea, we would travel.

Every track on Alive When Live is a real-time improv session recorded live at home using an iPad 12, three MIDI controllers (M-Wave SMK25, Korg MicroKey2-25, and Korg NanoKontrol2), and a powerful combo of Audiobus + AUM.
The sessions run through Korg Gadget 3, Groovebox, Launchpad, Blocs Wave, Fugue Machine, RD/FD drum machines, and multiple synth and keyboard apps.
