Inspired by the Latin phrase "Memento Mori"—a reminder of life’s impermanence—this EP reflects the emotional weight of being away from loved ones while navigating college, travel, and self-discovery.

With music as his outlet, Jakesbee turns feelings of isolation into fast-paced rhythms, blending atmospheric textures with the raw energy of Dance music. Each track is a glimpse into his world—a space between movement and stillness, connection and distance.
