Moon Flower is an up-tempo 135 bpm vocal pop and synthpop/dance song — a commercial pop track with classic 80’s inspired analog synth sounds

The title is the manifest that out of the dark times — loneliness, degradation and the starvation of resources of the earth — hope will survive and thus people kind too

This is also expressed in the vocals — a dark song supported by bright and uplifting vocals

The style is EDM - a modern electronic expression from genres such as Pop, Dance, Synthpop, EDM.

The Purple Project consists of Jakob Perboell and David Purple. Jakob Perboell has a long career in the world of music.
Among other things, Jakob Perboell has played in the New wave band "Warm Guns" which had  the hit "The Young GO First "
Later he helped start the band "Big Fat Snake" together with Anders Blichfeldt and Peter Viskinde, who among other things had hits like "No Peace Like In Heaven". They made the official song for the European Championship song in 1996 "Big Boys In Red And White" and a host of other hits.
Jakob Perboell now performs as a producer and experiments with many styles in electronic music, such as Synthpop, Dance, Pop, EDM ...
