A multi-instrumentalist indie/alt rock solo act from Long Island New York, Jakob Gabriel Wasserberger combines fun catchy hooks and synth-pop hits with roaring guitars and gut wrenching lyrics, all written, produced, and mixed by him in his bedroom.

Starting in 2023, Jakob has released several EPs, and 2 albums(Lever Du Soleil, Collision Theory) over the span of 2 years all on his own with only his guitar, a piano, and his knowledge of GarageBand.

Taking from experiences in his life, Jakob tends to write about struggling with his friendships, dealing with mental health, and trying to navigate being a human in a world that wants him dead.

Despite being fundamentally inspired by bands like Los Campesinos!, PUP, AJR, James Marriott and Good Kid; Jakob tends to branch out sonically and experiment with genres and sounds that are out of his bubble.

Jakob is also one of the frontmen for the band Controversy Club.
