The dark lord of dubstep, Greg Sanders' Distance project has consistently forged a truly menacing and vexed sound that has won over critics and fans alike from the epic 'My Demons' album to transmissions on his own Chestplate label. The label continues to grow in strength here with two mammoth cuts showing off his stripped and moody production style, with 'V' swinging a disgustingly jagged edged bassline with criminal intent over a bold and bashy halfsteppers beat, taking out any innocent bystanders in the process. 'Present day' on the flip ramps up the melodrama with a naughty piano led composition, underpinned by rock(tm) influenced breaks style drums, and a heaving sub-bassline, just so you know it's definitely dubstep..
