SVNSET WAVES is so excited to welcome back an old friend and introduce a new one! 
Dortmund-based producer eeph and vocalist Jani from Leipzig created their new 3-track EP 
"Focus and Distraction" over the course of numerous phone calls, data transfers, and in-between-lockdown meetups in September 2020. 'Focus and Distraction' tells about loss, the desire to find healing amidst chaos, and the process of letting go of the past. It explores a transitional phase in which self-reflection and observation become necessary in order to move on. 
eeph translates words into music, incorporating Jani's voice and instrumental recordings to create a musical space that offers both familiarity and novelty.

I wrote the tracks during various transitional periods in my life, so I was going through change - adapting, looking for the next steps, and finding ways for love to survive. Some of the most defining lyrics on the record popped up in my head while walking busy streets, while traveling, while in motion. I was discovering myself geographically and through the songs that ended up being DELIRIA.”
