We are proud to present our October Exclusive Series Mix, brought to you by the very accomplished and super talented - Gustin.  

Currently based in Ibiza, Gustin is resident for The Soundgarden events series and also co-manager and A&R for onedotsixtwo.

He began his DJ career in his hometown of Dublin, Ireland, playing inner city house parties and illegal after hours clubs in the mid 90’s. Then upon re-locating to Amsterdam just after the millennium he caught the ear of Jayhwalk, resulting in a residency allowing him to fully develop his sound alongside industry stalwarts such as Matthew Dekay and Hippee & Halo and also curated his own weekly event named ‘House of Progress’ (HoP) where he played regular seven to eight hour solo sets.

In 2015 Gustin moved to Ibiza where he currently lives, but he can regularly be found playing across Europe, the USA and South America.

Gustin’s infectious sound makes a dancefloor move from the bottom up with a unique blend of lush, pumping, tech and prog house music. 

This mix is totally live, done in one take by Gustin at home in Ibiza.  It is a dance floor mix and to understand his motivation for his choice of tracks, let's hear from the man himself....

The Exclusive Series - Episode 7 - Gustin "Don't Stop The Dance"

I was born on February 5th in Lima - Peru. I started to enjoy and feel the music since always and I became an electronic music producer about 21 years ago (2003). My first music producer software was Fruity Loops 3 and then the following versions until Fruity Loops 9. Then I decided to change and to improve my music by migrating to a new software like Ableton Live 11 Suite. The best I've even known! I learned everything about music just by listening to sounds and practicing with them. I'm a music emphiric and I'm proud about it. Nobody taught me the way, I just walked through it!!! I'm not used to play my music in clubs, I just produce music because it makes me so happy, and I see it like an escape from everything that could be bothering me! I'll play and make you dance just For the Love to Music!!!

My Major influences have always been the best ones in the electronic music Market, Sasha, Carl Cox, Nick Warren, John Digweed, Hernan Cattaneo, Luciano and many more
