Having spent her formative years in Dublin, Meda-Ava developed a profound connection with the sophisticated nuances of 90s techno. Now based in Amsterdam, she continues to channel that inspiration into her dynamic sets, creating an immersive experience for audiences with her finely tuned musical instincts and passion for electronic soundscapes. With an ear for an infectious sound and fusion of rhythms, she has been emerging amongst the clubs of Dublin, Berlin and Amsterdam. FUBAR - Filtrum Series 013

FUBAR is een 25-jarige DJ afkomstig uit Utrecht. Toen hij 18 jaar oud was, stapte hij voor het eerst binnen op een festivalterrein en werd hij onmiddellijk betoverd door de sfeer en de geluiden die de scene te bieden had. 
Zijn muzikale reis begon in 2020, toen hij voor het eerst de stap zette om zijn eigen geluid te verkennen en te ontwikkelen. Het was echter in 2021 dat hij zijn eerste gig had, toen hij de kans kreeg om op te treden tijdens een illegale rave, georganiseerd door studenten.
FUBAR laat zich niet beperken door de grenzen van conventionele muziek en probeert een unieke sound neer te zetten. Zijn inspiratie vindt hij in de donkere hoeken van de clubs van Berlijn, en hij bewondert artiesten zoals Hedström & Pflug, JSPRV35 & Mōdem, die hem hebben geholpen zijn unieke geluid te vormen.
Zijn stijl is een harmonieuze mix van duistere, hypnotiserende deuntjes en groovy ritmes, die worden aangevuld met zowel fast paced en slow paced beats.
Maar wat zijn sets echt onderscheidt, is de diepte van de emotie die hij met elke set probeert over te brengen. Bij elke draai neemt FUBAR je mee op een reis door zijn wereld.
