In this first episode, a pair of VCE English teachers have a bright idea to share their musings after a first watch of Alfred Hitchcock's 'Rear Window'. Combining a *cough* masterful first use of the podcasting format with a *cough, cough* insightful and detailed knowledge of the characters and elements of this iconic film. In this episode Mr. McKone and Mr. Belfield eloquently delve into the backgrounds of the main characters, the historical setting of the film and contentiously question the place of 'Rear Window' as one of the greatest suspenseful films of all time.

Episode 1: Looking Through the Rear Window

In our second episode discussing Alfred Hitchcock's 1954 masterpiece 'Rear Window', Mr. Belfield and Mr. McKone head into the school library to improve sound quality, talk quite a lot about the concept of 'voyeurism' and flirt with the idea of Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson starring in a potential 2022 remake of the film.

Episode 2: A Pair of Voyeurs

In our third episode, your regular boys are joined the illustrious Head of English Ms Longden to discuss the rather naughtier side of Alfred Hitchcock's film 'Rear Window'. The threesome slip into something more comfortable discuss how phallic symbolism in the film, castration puns, Stella's logic and Mr. McKone's meatballs from the previous week. Raunchy.

Episode 3: Menage a Trois

In our latest episode your boys are back and questioning whether or not one of the most famous murder mystery films of all time is actually a murder mystery film or a badly disguised romantic drama. Then the wheels really begin to fall off as Mr McKone fluffs his Jane Austen lines and Mr Belfield forgets the microphone's audial omnipotence as he bangs his fist on the table to emphasise his displeasure at Thorwald's lousy treatment. And it's only week 7. Oh boy.

Episode 4 - Love and Murder

In our 5th installment of the series (documenting our 9 watches of the film Rear Window) the microphone goes on strike due to being hit so much last episode, Misters Belfield and McKone talk villainy, find themselves meandering through their 5 favourite villains in cinema and question whether or not Thorwald ranks on the list as a truly great villain or if he is he merely a badly disguised attempt at a plot device. Another fine addition on this damned crusade into nothingness. Enjoy.

Episode 5: A Villain Thou Art

In our 6th episode, the microphone is back and recording gloriously! Senors McKone and Belfield throw amiable camaraderie to the gutter and brawl viciously on the subject of whether or not Lisa is the real hero of Alfred Hitchcock's film 'Rear Window'. What results is a terrible exercise in debating where your presenters go all out discussing Vladimir Nabokov, Luke Skywalker and "What's in the Box" to prove each other inferior.
