A fun and upbeat carol on special holiday memories, in this new and swinging original Christmas song.

From musical artist James Davis comes his second release of 2017 and his first ever, original Christmas song. The single, “Christmas Time” is a fun and upbeat carol re-living James’ special holiday memories. The track features his brother Nathan Davis on electric guitar as they swing through this high-energy song alongside drums, horns, and sleigh bells.

Christmas Time

Formally trained on piano, drums and trumpet, James has had a wide range of musical experiences stretching across multiple genres of music including jazz, orchestral, pop, and rock.  He has played with multiple musical groups throughout his life and continues to do so to this day.

He currently is working on learning acoustic guitar and improving his vocal tone and pitch.

In every new song, from orchestral compositions to synth-based pop songs, James strives to consistently improve at least one element in each of his final products.  Whether that includes post-production and mastering methods, or vocal tone and clarity, he never settles for "good enough".
