We are happy to announce and once again present one of the most highly sought after musician to date,that is Mr Frank McComb to the label . This time with an absolute astounding collaboration with top producer Tom Laroye. We bring back the classic 'No Words' which is exactly that, Frank's virtuoso piano and vocals skills layered beautifully which Tom compliments with his own touch of instruments which enriches this ensemble even more. And if that was not enough, a special Bass solo performed by none other than Crackazat to complete truly authentic piece of music which needs 'No Words'.

Jamesey Makin’ Moves “Live From the Lounge” 9/01/2023

Returning into 2023 with something very special and highly anticipated for sometime now... Kengo (Four to the Floor) has returned from his production hiatus to present us with his second release on Makin' Moves. This time collaborating with the Godfather of Gospel house himself, Mr Kenny Bobien. With such a distinctive falsetto, Kenny reignites this soulful rendition which results into a meaningful masterpiece originally sung by American Soul singer Donny Hathaway.
Also, courtesy of Jihad Muhammad has added his 'Bang The Drum' Edit in which he keeps the soulful elements yet drives more towards the dance floor. We hope you enjoy this as much as we do.

Cee ELAssaad adeptly executes his production that can only compliment Reggie's captivating vocals. With a superb dub that is very distinctive and organic with instrumentation, that will surely keep the dance floors moving which we may add has been tried and tested. DJ KEMIT is also internationally known for his production work as one-half of KemeticJust. Within a year of joining forces, he and Justin Chapman, aka Just One, had their first release, picked up by King Street,one of the worlds biggest house music labels in 2014 courtesy of house music legend Lil Louis.

Makin' Moves was set up in the Summer 2012, a new music and events company set up by Matt Langrish-Smith and Jamesey D. Makin' Moves nurtures up and coming talent, aswell as collaborating with established names. Matt has a wealth of experience under his belt having previously worked for dance independents Papa Records and Tribe Records UK, an internationally acclaimed label and events company. Jamesey, along with hosting his own radio show on www.housefm.net since 2004, has been an essential cog in the wheel of London's soulful & deep house scene, independently performing at most of the major parties in London swell as guest spots abroad in Japan, New York and Dubai. 

The label has seen a heavy output of quality releases this year from the likes of Dazzle Drums from Japan, DJ Fudge & Hallex M from Hong Kong and UK soul singer Omar, Gianluca Pighi & Massimo Paramour from Italy and Tiger Wilson from New York all of which have reached the top positions on digital promo store Traxsource.com.
The Makin' Moves Radio Show is every Thursday on www.housefm.net from 8-10pm (GMT) with Matt L-S and Jamesey on rotation.
