Game footage remixed from Forsaken Realms: Vahrin’s Call by Titan Roc 

I have been following the development of Forsaken Realms for some time now, and it really brings that full mix of exploration, adventure, awe-inspired calm, and familiarity from titles like Dragon’s Age and Elder Scrolls, while still feeling like a unique take on high fantasy.

Personally, that awe-inspired calm and exploration combo is something I seek in games, so that’s what I leaned into for this peace. I wanted to stick to instruments that stick to instruments that worked with nature but still allowing the possibility for a magic feel in the theme. At first I considered reeds and winds, but they were either too soft for the action or too whimsical for the severity of the game. I ended up going with harp for the lead since it has that high fantasy feel while allowing for a serious game, then I used orchestral strings to balance and emphasize the harp.
