Born and raised in Southern California’s San Gabriel Valley, multi-instrumentalist James Snelling has been writing and performing music for decades. James takes inspiration from life, politics, love, and quantum physics and his music is reminiscent of early Nirvana, Pearl Jam, and Stevie Ray Vaughan, but, you know, also not. He’s currently finishing up material for his first album release, titled “The Only Bright Things in the Room”. In his free time, James watches movies and true crime with his wife, reads large quantities of books, and tries to cook tasty food (still working on that one). Oh, and he sometimes writes code.
