London, Barcelona and Ibiza based disc jockey playing dance music, other music that makes you dance and some more chilled out stuff that's nice to have a jolly good lie down to. 

At the tender age of 15, James Regal set foot on the isle of Ibiza the first time. It was a moment that started a love affair with DJing and the White Island that burns as brightly now as it did on that first euphoric sunrise that greeted his exit at 7am from the legendary Amnesia nightclub.

It was this passion for the Balearic music ideals that, in 2013, helped James win the Cafe Mambo Ibiza Downtempo Competition, seeing off hundreds of international DJs to be chosen by the iconic venue´s staff and resident DJs to play two coveted sunset gigs, which were also broadcast online to thousands of listeners around the world.

egal's musical style is not restricted to a particular genre. He is inspired by the Balearic ideals of simply playing the perfect songs at the perfect time  - whether it's at an underground, deep house night, a chilled out beach bar, or in front of an expectant dancefloor full of wedding guests.

After graduating from his bedroom to playing out live in front of real, actual people in 2007, James went on to play in bars and clubs across London before finally going full circle and landing a summer residency at the infinitely cool and picturesque Atzaro Ibiza, bathing the bar's international, A-list clientele in eclectic, funky vibes spanning a range of different genres from motown and soul to trip-hop and deep house.

Closer to home, James Regal is part of the B.A.R.E. collective of DJs and nightlife creatives, playing some of the most exciting underground house nights springing up on the East London scene. 

With demand for his services increasing and the beginnings of some new production projects, 2014 is set to be even an more exciting and successful year.
