I'm a producer, recording engineer, songwriter, and session musician in Pasadena, CA. I love making records of all kinds. I have a background in jazz, having studied  performance and composition under Mark Dresser and Marty Ehrlich, and a deep love for technical production. For more than a decade, I was a staff engineer at Tiny Telephone Studios in the Bay Area, where I produced hundreds of records. I play a bunch of instruments, and I write string and woodwind arrangements. I'm constantly adding to my own collection of microphones, synthesizers, drum machines, and other wonderful tools and instruments. In January of 2022, I opened Altamira Sound, a two room recording facility in a 3800sf warehouse in Alhambra, along with my partners Rob Shelton, Carly Bond, and Andrew Maguire.
