Voici son histoire.....

Lorsque l’ombre s’étend, une cendre persiste,
Celle de la mémoire des déchus.
Au cœur de ce silence, un écho résonne.

L’embrasement de la cendre :
Un espoir naissant, une lueur.
Alors que tout semblait perdu, la lumière s’éveille.

Ainsi s’élève l’Aube des Déchus.

When the shadow lengthens, an ash remains 
The last memory of the fallen.
In the heart of this silence, an echo resounds.

The burning of the ash,
A nascent hope, a glimmer.
When all seemed lost, the light awakens.

Thus rises, The Dawn of the Fallen.

Story
The Hare and the Rabbit... The River of Promises
In the Acholi savanna, as the sun dipped toward the horizon and the shadows lengthened like the fingers of ancestors, the hare and the rabbit reached the bank of a wide, turbulent river.

The water roared like a chorus of spirits, and within it lurked crocodiles waiting for the unwary.

The Challenge
• The hare, cunning and confident, said:

“Brother rabbit, this river is no stronger than my wit.”

• The rabbit, with a naive look, replied:

“If you can cross it, so can I. Life can’t be that complicated.”

The Trap of Cunning
The hare called to the crocodiles and said:

“Kings of the river, the great chief wants to know how many of you there are. Form a bridge so he can count you.”

The crocodiles, proud, lined up like living stones. The hare leaped onto its back, counting one by one, until it reached the other bank. There, laughing, it cried out:

"It wasn't a count, it was my path to freedom!"

The Rabbit's Fate
The rabbit, eager to imitate, repeated the hare's words. But his voice lacked conviction, and the crocodiles, already fooled, were not deceived.

The rabbit was trapped in the middle of the river, and only thanks to his humble plea was he freed:

"I don't seek to mock you, only to learn. If you let me live, I will sing of your greatness."

The crocodiles, moved by his sincerity, let him go.

The Moral
The hare crossed through cunning, the rabbit survived through humility.
The Acholi people remember that intelligence opens paths, but sincerity saves hearts.
Both animals, with their virtues and flaws, teach that there is no single way to face life... some triumph with ingenuity, others with honesty.
