‘Shelter (Funky Heroes)’ brings high-energy house heat from the jump, layering classic bounce with tight, contemporary energy and vibrant, soulful vocals. ‘Memphis’ steps in next with a rolling, groove-heavy rhythm, peppered with snappy drums and hooky vocal loops, before ‘Hamburg’ delves deep with booming kicks and glossy synth work, signing off the EP with a final statement of intent.
