'The Rhythm of Life Programme' at Rock 2 Recovery is designed to engage veterans suffering stress and brain injuries with music at all levels where possible. Our friends in science have the evidence to prove that music is one discipline that needs to become a ROCK where suitable for those in recovery. 
We aim to engage those suffering stress with music at many different levels from delivering music and guitar tuition to Hasler Company, to developing a full blown music festival for the near future. The growing support from the music industry is fantastic and we have seen first hand the positive effects of music in personal change stories. Life saving stories! 
The theme tune 'What do they know' was performed and recorded by Richard Kerr former Royal Navy, who had worked on the song with Royal Marine Christopher Maddison prior to his sad death in Iraq 30 March 2003. Richard continued to work on the song knowing that there was a reason behind their partnership from the very beginning and knew that one day it would be used for something amazing. Well Rock 2 Recovery wish to let you hear a snippet of 'What do they know" as a lead in to the future releases by our musicians. Our anthem to Rock 2 Recovery.
