Glory [Berlin] keeps supporting passionate DJ's. Episode #89 is from Dutchman "Reflect". He contributes a hybrid set with fierce Electro and Big Room Techno; some deep, some melodic, some hypnotic. This is music for the warehouse, sweat dripping from the ceiling, cracks in the walls from the bass, a laser over your head and a strobo, you know. And where is that smokemachine? Enjoy ! 
Reflect is dj-ing since many years and plays a variety of styles from techno and hardgrooves to obscure acid and electro. His career started in the 90s playing resident at some clubs and collecting lots of vinyl from (oldschool) house and techno to harder styles. Around 2007 it was time for a change and he moved more and more into techno and electro. In 2020 he started his label RFLCT, distributed by Triple Vision, based on acid and techno. Every djset is different and a ‘story’ of interesting new releases and underrated classics

EP Digital Music - Oldwood / Collation Electronique Podcast 055 (Continuous Mix)

In 1990, Josh met up with a kindred spirit, fellow Philly jock, King Britt whose interests also include rap and acid jazz. Pooling their interests and blending their differences, the duo waxed E-culture's "Tribal Confusion" for respected New York based indie label, Strictly Rhythm. The record was a surprising commercial success and established both DJs as artists to watch on the global dance music scene.
After forming Ovum Recordings as an independent label in October 1994 with partner King Britt, Josh recorded the cult classic "Liquid Summer". He went on to release singles for a wide variety of revered European labels ranging from Belgium's R & S to England's XL. He also began remixing for Moby and others.
1995 was an especially good year for Josh. He scored 3 consecutive European smashes - all out of his modest 16-track bedroom studio - which unquestionably took dance music to a dizzying plateau. First came "Don't Laugh" - recorded as Winx and issued via Nervous Records - where Josh took a minimal techno beat and looped an incessant sample of a whacko laughing his head off. It was a stroke of sheer genius. The single broke down international language barriers and eventually sold more than 500,000 units.
Invitations to spin at prestigious nightspots all over the world have been pouring in since, but as his career has progressed, he has stayed true to his roots, never selling out and always maintaining his integrity, always coming home to his beloved Philadelphia.

DJ since 1990, beginning with Hip Hop, Acid House, UK Bleep, Breakbeat and Techno, a residency throughout the mid to late 90's on infamous London sound system "JIBA", manager and music buyer for 2 record shops Trackheads & Dragon Discs in Camden, London, (1997-2004) during which time an international DJ schedule opened out, Jerome is a permanent fixture on the London scene and also DJs week in week out around the globe, living and breathing the music, his sets veering playfully between educational and hedonistic!

Founder of Don't Recordings (which celebrates it's 16th birthday this year) & Fat Hop records (for fans of Old Skool Hip Hop/B-Boy Breaks) , and more recently two new labels; the booming acid house of "Super Rhythm Trax" and the1992 rave themed "Hornsey Hardcore"
His bi-monthly 'Don't' club night in Dalston is entering it's 4th year and has built a strong following amongst true Techno lovers, with Jerome as its resident and amazing and well respected guests passing through every time.
