Here is a set I recorded while hubby was doing the mechanic, the electrician, and the interior designer to the tunes of warmer lands. 

This set will make your hips not lie. Get ready for some groovy tunes, shake your asses, and be ready for some surprises.

Mujer-ES: women, or a woman IS*. 

Each track in this set has been meticulously selected, all made by female producers or female collaborators. 

Today, March 8th, we continue the fight against patriarchy. This set is to raise awareness about female producers who struggle to get into a male-dominated industry. This set is for all women—the fighters, the brave ones, and the ones in the shadows. For mothers and daughters, sisters and nieces, grandmothers and granddaughters. Through music, we fight, and through dancing, we revel. We take our space. We own our moves. Our voices won't be silenced. We protest, knowing about our privilege to do so, for those voices that are indeed silenced. 

*I use the term woman as an umbrella term for cis and trans women. 
Although not identified, this set and message also seek to include non-binary, agender, genderfluid people.
