Biography
DJ Jan Berdych based in Prague – Central Bohemia and in the Canary Islands, began djing over 15 years ago. After 3 years experience mainly in his home town Beroun he started his first own residency, Euforica @ Roxy Prague which he also produced. He improved on his experience by playing all over the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
He went head to head with djs such as Dave Mothersole (UK), Richard Parker (NL), Rob & Steve (The Littlemen – UK), Inland Knights (UK), Jake Childs (USA), Richard Grey (UK), Angelo (NL), Brian S (NL), Dave Brooks (UK), Chris Quadrant (UK), Jim Felli (USA) and many more.
In addtion to this he has played at free parties and some of the
biggest festivals in the Czech Republic.
As an event organizer he has produced over 200 events all over the Czech Republic under the banner of his Sunshine People Promotions and he also opened Sunshine People Records, a shop providing rare cuts for the most adventurous djs at the time. As his djing progressed to the next level he could be found playing in Holland, Spain and Portugal.
Nowadays, you can find him at his successful residency Deep Banging @ Bukanyr “houseboat in Prague“. Next year you can join him at the celebration of the 10th anniversary of Deep Banging at Bukanyr.
