I Can See Clearly Now

“This Must Be (the Night Before the Night Before Christmas)” came out of that quiet pocket just before the holiday rush really hits. It is the evening when the lists are not finished, the lights are on but nothing feels urgent yet, and there is still room to breathe. I wrote it as a reggae groove because that space before Christmas has its own relaxed rhythm, part anticipation and part calm, where the season has not tipped into chaos. It is a reminder that not every holiday moment has to be loud to be meaningful.
