We need the Gospel spread through America to be able to continue to proclaim the Gospel to Muslims. Freedom is a byproduct of the permeation of the good news of Jesus Christ.

I hope that Scripture references are not dealt with in the same way the quotes from YQ and Mr. White's responses were. Context is not important, only what I bring to the quote matters. sad.

So we can have Christ's grace and pardoning from sins, but then Dr. White wants to dispense that same grace to Muslims, and were gonna say no to that? Woe unto you!

I suggest that it boils down to this: Dr White's critics find him guilty of 'fraternising with The Enemy' but that ain't the worst! He's also 'interfering with the dehumanising of The Enemy'.

This is so sad to listen to, I use to listen to Janet Mefferd all the time.  But it really sounds like she's buying into the Islamophobia that seems to be gripping many, and the idea that the solution to Islam is a political one.  When the Christian faith is blended together with politics it just corrupts the Gospel.  I think that was very apparent when Dr. White said that it's all about the gospel and she disagreed.

She comes off as a shrill mouthpiece for the GOP.

It's sad that someone so resistant to truth and correction has her own Christian broadcast. She simply isn't interested in the truth of the matter. She's combative and rude and frankly, incredibly self-righteous.

So, we CANNOT preach the gospel unless we are GIVEN the freedom to do so by our government?? Wow! That would have been news to the Apostles and the early Church who preached the gospel for the first 400 years in an environment of hostility! I must say, I think Dr Whites heart is right in this, but I think this statement reveals what your real concern is. And I can tell you, I share your fear, as an American, of losing the freedoms we have in our little country. But you must remember, God sets up kingdoms, and God tears down kingdoms, and our country is due for a fall. We murder thousands of babies daily, we teach our children atheism (secularism), and we do all of this while enjoying the most prosperous lifestyle in the world. Islam could be the judgement of God upon this country, and anyone who believes we aren't deserving, is certainly not a Christian. I think you're attitude toward another brother in Christ has been quite despicable.
