The next release on ICONYC Noir sees the debut of Miami based producer KAMADEV featuring a collaboration with Aves Volare. The US producer delivers a stunning 2 track EP called 'Vocative' to announce himself in style.

The opening track 'War is Won' features none other than the mighty Aves Volare on vocals. Driving textures; as well as euphoric and moody progressive melodic techno vibes are the name of the game to satisfy clubbing, uplifting and feel-good needs courtesy of this beautiful and extraordinary track. Utilizing a hypnotizing groove as the basis of the track, underpinned by a deep bassline that gradually eases its way to the breakdown. 'War is Won' unleashes its full force which culminates into a melodic club anthem, paired with Aves Volare's outstanding vocals that interlace with the infectious groove and fade in and out for maximum effect. A sure winner from KAMADEV and Aves Volare. Essential stuff!

The accompanying title track 'Vocative' delivers quintessential dance grooves. It is no stretch to say that D Nox and Beckers are an integral part of the global dance music scene. Not only are they known for their 17 year long collaboration delivering high energy main room bombs, but as solo artists, they've carved names recognised as a stamp of quality around the world. We cannot be more excited to host the German duo for their debut Balance Music release, a dream like progressive workout that showcases their years of experience.

On the original version of 'Deep in the Dark', the reflective vocals of LENN V s is the perfect accompaniment to the single's deep yet driving energy. The warm, running bass playfully bounces off the dense production, while a bittersweet melody creates a narrative that will reward multiple listens.

Fur Coat deliver a remix that is vintage yet forward thinking in equal spades. The trademark tight and punchy drums, house a driving bass line that feels huge. The vocals feel more urgent, while the melody is aimed straight at the heartstrings. It also features a satisfying breakdown that reminds of the halcyon years of progressive house.

On Fur Coat's Dub mix, a more pronounced melody replaces the vocals, allowing more space for dancers to lose themselves in. If you listen closely, you should be able to lose yourself in the mix too.

Joining the Meanwhile Horizons roster with a standout 3-track EP, HAFT make their Meanwhile Horizons debut with “Flow / Momentum / Rosewood”.

Inspired by “percussion, deep-rooted and hypnotising synths”, HAFT’s aim is to “put all these elements together to create a unique sound utilising various organic melodies.” Through their innovative production work, the US-based duo have hit the underground dance music headlines since late 2017 with a series of stellar Organic and Progressive House releases – sprinkled with a dusting of Electronica – on such esteemed imprints as Do Not Sit On The Furniture, Pipe & Pochet and Armen Miran’s Hoomidaas.

Making an appearance on GMJ & Matter’s flagship label with “Life in Motion” on the “Meanwhile Excursions, Vol. 4” compilation in September 2024, HAFT now take their Meanwhile Horizons bow. Opening proceedings, “Flow” builds on the percussive flow and bassline energy so pivotal to the duo’s sound. Replete with fizzing hats, whip-cracking kick and rolling groove, an array of effects and sounds add to the aural intrigue before smooth pads and filtered arpeggio create layers of melodic majesty. Coming to the fore at a stripped-back breakdown in a club-friendly pause for breath, the track picks up the pace in the second half as the rhythmic and melodic collage combine to devastating effect.

The aptly titled, “Momentum” creates an exquisite music odyssey as a gradually evolving rhythmic landscape adds layer upon layer of sound creating a rich sonic playground by its denouement. Ticking hats and rolling bass pattern then vie for attention with thickly textured pads and plucked melodies that filter in and out of sonic range. Waxing and waning through its different phases, the track finds a stereo-panned motif taking centre stage in the final act to create a work of stunning dancefloor prowess.

The final track sees the mellifluous tones of “Rosewood” quickly creating a subtle melancholic atmosphere. A subterranean bass adds heft and gravitas as an immaculately syncopated synth phrase creates groove aplenty in the second movement. Rippling arps and counterpoint pads add to the aural depth, as does a perfectly placed vocal motif at the breakdown. Hitting club-friendly heights once more in the latter stages, HAFT’s production skills are on full display as “Rosewood” reaches a smooth and blissful conclusion.

Characterising a unique and powerful sound that transcends the progressive house genre, HAFT have shown why they are such respected figures with their “Flow / Momentum / Rosewood” EP.

In the year of 2000s, Sinan, who first took electronic music as a staff at preclub.com parties in the legendary formation of Ankara and then took part in the parties and his own places where he organized in Ankara and Istanbul but actually took part more business organization part in the club section. Despite his great interest in the DJ, he continued to do more as a hobby. He has grown up in club music and underground music culture for approximately 17 years and has developed his music in this direction. By winning the contest organized by the Housekeeper family of the well-known brands of Istanbul in 2017, he took DJ out of being a hobby and entered the profession. Sinan shared the same stage with Cid Inc. , Habischman, Ziger, Simos Tagias etc. He created the musical organization Bedroom Groove and continue to playing at underground parties regularly in Ankara and İstanbul. Eager to evoke the same emotions in others, Ishan delved into music production, utilizing his versatility as a DJ to inform and enrich his creative output.
