This was written shortly after 9/11, and became part of a 5-song CD called "Lost Cuts". We were on tour for months before and after the WTC disaster, and I had 1,000 copies printed to give away at shows so anyone attending could feel like they'd gone away with something in hand. We toured up and down the East Coast all of September and October, visiting friends who'd lost people to the tragedy. My friend Peter Cunningham had shot the image from his window a few weeks earlier. (The image is copyrighted, please do not reproduce without his permission!)
