Following the success of Mildlife's 'Phase', Research brings you an all-star cast delivering their take on their pick from Mildlife's debut album released early 2018 via Research Records. 

Melbourne-Berlin transplant, master producer Tornado Wallace kicks off the EP with his take on 'The Magnificent Moon'. Wallace delivers a stripped back, break infused cruiser, mutating Kevin McDowell's vocals into an unknown alien tongue whilst staying true to the originals infectious melodies. 

Joining Wallace on the A side is Melbourne's own, Butter Sessions label-bosses, beat makers and party starters, Sleep D.The duo takes you on uncharted odyssey through their version of 'Im Blau'. Psychedelic swells lurk under dubbed out chords, cosmic fragments of the original are revealed before a bounty of bongos and congas take over! 

On the flipside Swedish disco-house rockers Mount Liberation Unlimited turn 'The Gloves Don't Bite' on its head with an extended 12-minute take! A re-imagined bass line mixed with quirky Swedish vocals, and their signature drum freak-outs makes for a memorable ending to this diverse EP.

DJ Whipr Snipr started Nerang Recordings with his Australian friends back in 2016 and now like a typical rug rat is residing in Berlin so clearly there is no slowing this train down. After what I would describe as a “cheeky” release titled “I’m Tired” last year with your favorite label, he returns to the clipp.art fold with friends Birdwatcher & Grey People to collaborate on a new two-track ep clearly created in the midst of the sesh. Both tracks have their own flavours but come together as one emotional combo to address the partie. Hard hitting like the raves Whipr has been grinding since moving to Germania, you can hear how the locale flora and fauna has influenced his work with a maturity that wasn’t previously apparent. While we can’t wait to hear what’s next for this guy, these tracks have been bumpin on our big speakers for some time and are postiive they will deliver you instant vibe satisfaction.

DJ Physical was born and raised in the heart of the French Alps in the city of Annecy. After years of collecting vinyl and digging through all the sub-genres of electronic music, he finally decided to immerse himself into production. His master words, "Raw Poetry," define his universe, uncovered, deep, emotional, and contemporary.
This philosophy allowed him to sign three EPs in just one year, on labels such as Sure Cuts Records, Truth Radio, and Mood Of The Era. Now based in Paris this young up-and-coming talent has a lot in store.
