As most of you know I am a HUGE fan of the 80s, Music , Movies, Clothes, ANYTHING..mmm maybe not the hair. One of my favourite movies from the 80s was the first movie produced by Virgin Music, 'Electric Dreams' . 
The story was GREAT and the acting CHEESY, but what made this such a GREAT movie for me was the MUSIC. Here is my cover of the closing track of the movie originally sung and written by Phil Oakey and Giorgio Moroder.

I present for you a track i call ALONE. One of my favourite things in the world  is to be alone. Alone with my thoughts, alone on my xbox, alone with a good book, alone on a peaceful walk, alone playing on the piano . I can always engage with my family and friends after , but many in the world do not have that opportunity. 
For them , being alone is not something they choose, it is something they feel and being alone becomes being lonely. 
NO ONE should have to feel lonely in this world especially during the coming festive period. If you know someone who is alone and lonely , spare a moment and say hi . It can make a world of difference.

I am fascinated by all things SPACE, especially the race to be the first man on the moon. A feat so gargantuan for its time , many people today dont believe it happened ,despite all the facts and proof :)

I present for you a wonderful Jazz standard called
"How deep Is The Ocean "
Written in 1932 by the incredible Irving Berlin. It was an adaptation of an even earlier song he wrote in 1930 for the Al Jolson movie "Mammy" .
It has since been recorded by artists as diverse as Chet Baker, Nat King Cole, Miles Davis , Frank Sinatra, Billie Holiday, Eric Clapton , Diana Krall and most recently by Solveig Slettahjell.
