Recorded at around 06:20 (ACDT) near Long Point, Coorong National Park. Singing Honeyeaters (Gavicalis virescens) are one of the first species to call before dawn, often in duet. (The vehicle heard in the distance to the right is the fisherman who can be heard in the following recording.)

No processing. 96/24 wav to 48/24 flac. (The constant low frequency background sound is the signature sound of the Coorong: the sound of the open ocean as filtered by a 130 kilometre (81 mile) barrier of high and wide sand dunes enclosing a saltwater lagoon of equal length. The Coorong lifeworld exists within this incessant enwombing sound.
