What's up everybody, long time no see, I'm sorry. I'm trying to round of my studies so somehow I got convinced to prioritize that over music. But felt it was necessary to get back into it, it's not what your used to I hope that okay and you enjoy it :)
I wasn't sure whether to upload this song or not, there is zero rapping. It's completely different and singing is totally out of my comfort zone, but I had this feeling when I heard the beat and just wanted to let my creativity go its course. The arrangement might feel strange, that's because it is, if you're looking for a hook, they're there but don't really reemerge throughout the song. It's not radio, but I felt it moves the song forward. Similarly to what the songs content suggests, the structure goes off on its own into different paths too, hopefully by the end of it, the picture comes full circle and you feel at home, and still feel whole :) Hope you enjoy this one, be safe and take care!

The album '-' by Ed Sheeran captivated me in such a unique way that I kept on listening to the whole album on repeat. One song that really stuck out to me was 'Stoned'. It felt empty, perhaps on purpose, but there was more to be said with this song.

"All my friends have settled and grown, and then there's me here dancing alone" is such a strong lyric I really resonate with. Therefore, I wanted to make a remix of the song. The intention was to give the listener a feel of being on an empty dancefloor, bright lights, all by yourself, dancing like nobody's waching.
