Welcome To The Year Of The Tiger!

Straight from Seoul comes my first recorded mix in a while - a two hour set with uplifting melodic, organic and deep house tunes.

This mix was inspired in part by Sabo and Goldcap's 2020 Desert Sunrise during which I uttered  "This is SO good" multiple times - hopefully my mix of 27 carefully curated variety of brand new and classic tracks will do the same for you!

A mix I made of 90s club, house and dance classics.
It lasts 95 minutes - with the 95 representing the height of the era!

When going through my trusty vinyl collection to select tracks, it was really really hard - this selection of 36 tracks is just part of what I wanted to include! I'm likely to re-do it soon with 36 totally different tracks.

I tried to avoid obvious 90s 'dance' radio tracks (2 Unlimited, Wigfield, Capella etc), because most of those you wouldn't hear in any self-respecting club and as most of them really didn't stand the test of time.

I decided to mix swiftly, making it a 'listen' mix, cause let's face it, people like me who raved in the 90s are now in their late 30s or early 40s and don't have time to club to this - they'll likely listen to it while bringing the kids to school in the car, so it's better to give it in a more dynamic, swift mixed format. Mixed on vinyl using three SL1200s, post-processed in audition.
