The hybrid legal software and law firm startup Atrium, despite raising $75 million in venture capital, had to shut down in Mar-2020 after failing to figure out how to deliver better efficiency than a traditional law firm.

O vice-presidente do Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ), ministro Jorge Mussi, no exercício da presidência, determinou nesta terça-feira (19) que gestores estaduais e municipais do Amazonas prestem informações, no prazo de 48 horas, sobre o recebimento e uso de recursos federais para o combate à pandemia da Covid-19. 
 
Os gestores também devem esclarecer, em detalhes, quando tiveram conhecimento do risco de desabastecimento de oxigênio nas unidades de saúde.  
 
O ministro Jorge Mussi atendeu a um pedido do Ministério Público Federal (MPF). Para o ministro, embora o inquérito que tramita no STJ tenha sido instaurado originalmente para apurar eventuais irregularidades na instalação de um hospital de campanha em Manaus, os elementos de convicção trazidos pelo MPF demonstram a possibilidade "de que tenha havido ilegalidades no emprego de recursos federais destinados ao enfrentamento da pandemia" no Amazonas, justificando a conexão com o pedido no inquérito já em andamento. 

Os gestores públicos citados deverão fornecer vários dados, como o valor total de recursos federais recebidos; as ações adotadas no combate à pandemia; o número de leitos clínicos e de UTI à disposição; o número de profissionais atuantes no combate à pandemia, entre outras informações técnicas sobre as ações de saúde pública desenvolvidas pelo SUS.
