There is actually an AU where Mewtwo is Sans. The AU name is Legendarytale, which has Legendary Pokémon take the place of the most important monsters. AU talk aside, this song is good, but I don't think it really fits Mewtwo all that much. To me, it seems too upbeat, when Mewtwo in battle is cold, calculated, and thinks of nothing but defeating its foes. Try making a Mewtwo Megalovania that emphasizes that.
