When I Was A Loser

Kia Ora guys, I'm Jasmine Dean a singer/songwriter from New Zealand. 
I've been surrounded by music my whole life with both my parents been heavily into music and instruments. At the age of 4 I made my first song in a bath tub, my dad playing the notes on Guitar.By 11, I had started songwriting and by 20 had a Certificate and Diploma in Music Production and Performance. 
I began the next 5 years professionally getting into music by producing my own beats and recording them in a studio. 
My first song in a studio was called 'I Wish' on SoundCloud where I have about 30 tracks and 2 eps. 

I have my first music video on Youtube called 'You Need Jesus', where I explain the stories of 5 different people, including myself.  My newest ‘When I Was A Loser’ , on YouTube, consists of old home videos and live footage from performances. It’s about growing up in the early 2000’s pop culture and finding my way as an artist.

I have dabbled in multiple genres, recently Trance with collaborations, but have always found my way back to Pop. I have been privileged enough to work with many artists around the world and with some local artists here in New Zealand.
 
The past 2 years I have decided to take a break from producing and to work with talented producers and engineers to create a new sound and vibe. And I'm loving it!
