TRANSCRIPT:

You have witnessed me in dreams now long forgotten, I high-fived with youg kings Tut and Akhenaten, you said that I had wings and golden rings around my head, you pray you'll see my father and my son when you are dead. You break my bread - yet I remember who its buttered by, that's why I brought some edges by, should I whip out my switchblade? Or would you prefer the butter-fly?

I am the ghost of an extinct race of white men who had souls, and now that boots are on the ground, I know that muth will die when I am old.

I have written a voluptuous anthem to the robotic hive of techno-junkies, whose dances mimic those movements of children at play attempting to fly, I have written an ode to situations, like the sunlight on your face as you emerge from chose dollar slavery, and the light on your back as shopkeep watches you go, wishing, no matter your prowess and stamina, that you were better, and performed your task eternal.

I have scribbled poems on the boards which hold up floors in homes like yours, where flesh-masks try to make each other smile, or at least keeo the snarling to a minimum. And I have written novel after novel that grow limbs and embrace each other, because before we met, that was all I knew of love.

The fortune of a thousand voices begins with a single lonely whisper. Ha-ha-ha-had you going there, didn't I? Well, Stop! Collaborate and listen! Hear that? That is the sound of me, that me that speaks to thee, sometimes, more clear if silently. I am the wind of change that blows through long hairs when the time is right for something new, yet if you reach for me, I promise to elude you, I am Mercury, I rise and grow when it is hot, for I am closest to the sun, my skin of magma, ever-boiling, cosmic eggs be like, "I bet that planet's fun!"

I trap thoughts with my pen
These lines are the bars through which you see what has been captured
And I grand you visitation to these captions
Which actually speak louder than my actions
For I move silently like snowflakes
I am a snowman with a wamr he-art
Melting from the inside out
Because my soul perspires inspiration
And when summer comes
All that will be left of me
Is LOVE.
