Riku Sakagami est fils et petit-fils de pilotes militaires. Il rêve, lui aussi, de manœuvrer un avion de chasse !

Alors qu’il était à l’école primaire, son père est impliqué dans un accident grave qui a provoqué la mort d’un pilote en formation et de trois civils. S’il renonce à sa carrière de pilote, Riku, lui, n’en démord pas et reste persuadé de l’innocence de son père.
A l’école de formation, dès le premier vol, Riku fait la preuve d’aptitudes innées exceptionnelles. 
Ce qui n’échappera pas à ses instructeurs mais également à Hayari, la meilleure recrue de l’école, qui pourrait bien voir en lui un rival !

Lost In Thought FULL ORCHESTRATION   Challenge

Hi there and welcome to my latest track, 'Gandalf'

This track didn't start with any real inspiration, but  more as a short piece I'd been playing around with a for a while. However as it developed I became increasingly drawn towards trying to create a composition inspired by one of my favourite characters from 'The Lord of the Rings', Gandalf.

I decided to use the fantastic 'Shavani' choir for the intro, especially as it features some awesome 'Elven' phrases & whispers etc. I've tried to keep the majority of the composition original, but couldn't resist just a couple of key signature melodies for the original soundtrack by Howard Shore.

I've tried to capture the feeling of a few key parts of the story and hope the composition gives you a moment to relax and allow your imagination to takes a short journey through Middle Earth.

Hi there and welcome to my latest track, 'Some Day'

Here's for something completely different! 

After finishing my last track I thought i'd have a play around and see what I could come up with using 'Ministry of Rock' by East West, which available on my Composer Cloud.

So I played around a bit with an old guitar melody I'd written years ago and bit by bit built it up, and this is how it came out! The drum kits are amazing and have really nice dynamics, I personally think they are the most realistic I've ever used. 

I must say I am really impressed with the awesome sounds available and think I'll be experimenting some more if I can write something like this in under 3 hours!
