People will begin behaviors that are praised. ...and stop the behaviors that are shamed... &nbsp; We never blame people! We blame cultures, behaviors, systems and processes, but we are very clear about what cultures, behaviors, systems, and processes are right, and which ones are wrong. &nbsp; People can then clearly choose which they want to be a part of. &nbsp; It is then their choice. They can rise to the standard or leave. &nbsp; No one should even have the ability to endure or hide below the line. &nbsp; This works as long as it is delivered in a non-toxic environment:  We never target people or companies. We never specifically shame a person or company. We never punish people.
