Part of my story is depression.  Sometimes fairly intense.  And tonight was one of those nights where I was just going to go to bed early and "sleep it off."  Before I headed up a tweet came through that read "This winter is heavy. So much record breaking snow and cold here in Minnesota. If you feel your mental health slipping don’t be afraid to check in. Your friends/ family love you, and we are here to help each other out."
So I sat down and picked up my guitar and played for about 2 minutes and this popped out.  No, it isn't rocket science for music.  But the lyrics just basically say, you are never alone, and since it is harder for those in need to reach out then always check in on folks if you get a sudden urge.  Those aren't moments of just coincidence.  Like this, it wasn't coincidence. And as a result, I feel better.
