Worked on this one while on tour with the Troopers Drum and Bugle Corps. I was introduced to Shunryu Suzuki and Buddhist meditation through the reccomendation of a friend and was fascinated by it. I found a really cool recording of Suzuki talking about the difference in sound and noise and thought it would be neat to incorporate in a new track, as well as use some new ideas I learned while on tour.
