The soundtrack "Memoirs of a Slasher" (Part 1, 2, 3) resurrects the raw terror and spine-chilling essence of the 1980s horror era—a blood-soaked symphony of suspense, isolation, and cinematic dread. Each composition pulses like a heartbeat in the dark, echoing through the fog-shrouded wilderness where every creak and whisper feels alive. The music weaves together haunting synth undertones, distorted basslines, and distant metallic reverberations that conjure scenes of pursuit, panic, and the fragile breath before the scream.

This score captures the psychological torment of both hunter and hunted—the relentless descent into madness and the eerie stillness that follows violence. The rhythm drips with tension, oscillating between moments of suffocating quiet and explosive bursts of fear, mirroring the sharp glint of a bloodied knife under the lantern’s glow.

The Sopoćani monastery, an endowment of King Stefan Uroš I of Serbia, was built from 1259 to 1270, near the source of the Raška River in the region of Ras, the centre of the Serbian medieval state.
