Description: This deep tech-trance track has some really nice chords that I programmed on the Juno 106, as well as a real 909 and jd-990.

DJ Vassallo's first production kicks off with a dark, atmospheric blend of 909s and other synths, then romances its listener with a throbbing bassline and a smooth, subtle groove.  The Juno synth stabs enthralls the audience into a drop of melancholic bliss before driving back into full force with kicks, hats and snares rumbling and booties shaking into a hard peak-time jam on the dance floor.

I love this track.  I composed the drum pattern, riff and baseline together one night during the pandemic, and more recently added chords my vocals to it and finished it.  Plus, it has a Paula Brion sample from the 1980s.  Please enjoy!

I began finding passion in this music in the mid-90's.  I started playing records in 1998 when I bought my first pair of Technics 1200s.  I lived in Gainesville, FL where I attended UF and got to hear the best dj's in the world at a quaint little underground club called Simon's.  Simon also had another really cool venue across the street called Soulhouse.  It was a house they converted into a chill place to hang out and listen to cool, up front house music.  That was the beginning of a new frontier in music for me.

I am very selective when it comes to house music. I have a distinct style and don't just play anything because it's popular.  I play what moves me inside:  the sound that makes my head shake and gives me goose bumps when I just close my eyes and listen.  My sound is a distinct flavor of deep and underground house, breakbeat and techno with varying energy.  I really hope you enjoy my taste in music!
