The song moves from recognition of that weight through a struggle to outrun and outshine it, toward a deliberate choice to hold onto light even when it burns. Pain and scars are reframed as sources of transformation: vulnerability becomes a kind of gold, anger is converted into purpose, and radiance is learned as an active discipline.
