This is the save select theme for Sonic CDX, a fangame I am creating the soundtrack for.

I got to do this track for Ax once again, and although it took a couple of tries to get towards the proper direction, I am always happy working with him, since he is very open with everything I do, and lets me go nuts.

This track ended up somewhat sounding like something from Sonic R (which i dig), so I went with it. Also you can hear that I included a little cameo towards the motif of Sonic CD, which I'm really happy that fit right in.

Also you might find the track sounding slightly different ingame, since it is compressed there to match the volume of the rest of the soundtrack. I want to distance myself of doing tracks too loud, since the mixing always ends up being a mess. Hopefully it won't be as jarring too next to any other content and tracks.

Man, this one took some work when it came to selecting instruments that sound similar to the official remix, while keeping it original and in my style. I also tried out using some "Dubstep" drums (thats what they are labled as), and some coll effects to make this all my style. Hope You Enjoy!

Haha, I may be showing favoritism to Stardust Speedway (I mean, it does have one of my favorite themes from CD) but I was really proud of this one. It took a lot of digging to find samples in Zero-G that could do this song justice. Luckily, I was able to find some suitable replacements.
