This one was a weird one to work with, it's a rather odd song to translate in FM sounds.

Took an approach similar to that one of Sonic Spinball's music.

Since my old computer got nuked, I never got to properly mix this song and add it to the OST. It's a shame too, as I was almost done with it. Here's what I did have done though.
