Piyush Mishra - Duniya

A hard rock adaptation of the Ahir Bharav bandish from the Manarang Gharana in Jaipur made famous by Ustad Sultan Khan in the movie Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MCXQXuKpgKEO, with interlude elements borrowed from Hava Nagila, a Jewish folk song. The lyrics, written in Rajasthani, celebrate the arrival of a lover into the household and Hava Nagila ("Let us rejoice") is traditionally sung at Jewish weddings.

The swaras were sung based more on the south indian raga Chakravaham.
