It is unusual for a composer to attend these events, as they're usually intended for developers and visual artists, however, I've personally found much use and benefit in part-taking in them.

Not only are they a highly pragmatic way to demonstrate your skills, compositional prowess, and resourcefulness in a short amount of time, but they're also a great way to connect with other people from different departments and industries outside of your immediate field of vision (and maybe make some new friends along the way).

Such was the case with this particular Jam, which not only supplied me with a hungry batch of new teammates for whom I had the pleasure to showcase my work, but it also gave me the excuse to create a new, satisfactory, and colourfully varied list of soundscapes and jingles for everyone to enjoy.

I hope you have as much fun listening to them as I had creating them!

This is the main theme of NWARE, a cloud gaming start-up company. Based on its sound logo, which I designed as well, this theme announces the arrival of NWARE, the future bridge between the player and their game, making the gamer experience that much more immersive, and wondrous. This theme explores the arrival of the future, and the benefits and riches it brings to the player. A world of gamers joined together as one community, A Cloud Planet.

Hello! My name is Javier Belmer, and I'm a Spanish music composer for media and sound designer. Thank you for stopping by my page!

Last year I graduated from my Master's in Composition for Film, Theatre and Media, with a focus on Video Game Music and Marketing. Comprehension, clear communication and trust between me and my client have been key points in my workflow. This has allowed me to write music and sound design for a variety of platforms and artistic formats, short films, video games, documentaries, advertisement and branding campaigns, in both professional and academic environments.

It goes without saying that I have a great passion for Music and Sound, whether composing, songwriting, recording, designing... On the side, I enjoy taking part in Game Jams and project collaborations with people from all over the world, and it’s given me a lot of opportunities to expand my creativity, meet different developers, artists and designers, as well as test both my work efficiency and my limits. I also enjoy listening and playing music. I play drums, piano and guitar, I sing, as well as have a unique aptitude for making impressions and sounds with my own voice, which I frequently use in my compositions and sound works. Ask anyone, they'll tell you I'm a music/noise box.

I’m also an art, literary, film, photography, design, video game, theatre and television enthusiast. I enjoy sailing, cycling, hiking, sightseeing and socialising with peers.
