Hey dude. I'm not really at comforting people in these kind of situations but i hope you don't take offense. Everyone including you has rough times. I'm in one of those timelines as well. I found out venting on others and trying to cope with your problems through sleeping late and wating a bunch of junk makes your situation and make you feel like a pile of shit the hard way. I have been thinking and making up scenes in my mind about that makes me feel right for a while now. But it's no use. I figured the best way to go through was thinking straight and not emotionally and thinking about what i have done wrong. I hope you'll pass through your rough situation with the least harm. uhhhhhhhhh, like. im going to say some stuff, but if anything i say makes you feel uncomfortable or that i've picked up the wrong message, you can just tell me and i'll take it out. its (trust me) completely okay to be confused, and scared of feeling things, especially when you think back to mistakes and relationships you had with people, especially ones with good memories. and even though, yes, what happened can't be changed, doesn't mean you can't feel bad or think about the past. if you're willing to, try and use something about that past to either make yourself better for yourself, or just think about things you'd like to not repeat on your life. you can cope however you want, do whatever you want, and its okay if you need a break from social media and your work, your mental health comes first, dude. i do hope you can find new people once you are better to your own judgement, and i wish you the best of luck in your life, even past this moment.
