Sigh, Nostalgic Memories

Sitting in my living room the other day, feeling a bit down, I decided to pick up my guitar. Nothing in me felt like singing, playing, rejoicing. I forced myself to play what my hands would naturally feel, and I ended up playing this chord progression, with an idea in my head for a melody. 

This is the foundation of a song, ideally I'd add additional layers to the melody, lyrics, bass, and drums. Enjoy

This is a project I put together back in 2013. It was a class assignment where we were given a strip of paper with a single word as our prompt and tasked to create something from it.

My word was GO,  and the rest is history. 

Since this was recorded, I've come up with several alteration to the composition and am excited to keep working on it and performing it and sharing my art.
