A sequential switch rotates through four different wave outputs of four oscillators to build the arpeggio. The chords panned hard left and right are played by Instruō Saïch, sequenced with a DIY Voxmachina Leo Leo Matrix Programmer. The bass pad is made with my DIY minimoog clone.

Thaw

My fav trio at work: DFAM and Subharmonicon doing all the chord and pad lifting and sequencing while DIY Minimoog fills in the bass.

Shiver

And again my favorite trio is at work here: Subharmonicon laying down the chords, DFAM playing the arpeggios above and DIX Minimoog doing the bass groundwork.

Fever Dream

Earlier this year my friend Atik Yomin  (@othiqivmin) „challenged“ me to write an album consisting of tracks in odd meters only after listening to my track ‚Trickle’ which is written in 5/4.

Then in early September I got my hands on a decent trigger sequencer by Doepfer (Thanks to @synthetic-arts !) and to test it in depth together with my crazy Bigger Dumber Sequencer by Beers, I pretty much immediately started this odd times project, and three weeks later finished it. Believe me, I had a blast! 

First up, as always, is the last track I made. It comes in 8/8 – counting 123 123 12 – and in the end it comes back 'into balance', landing on a straight four on the floor rhythm.
